Because services are shaped to each engagement, refund eligibility cannot be determined from this website alone. The signed agreement and applicable consumer law take priority.
Raising a concern
If you believe a payment or service issue requires review, contact CWS with the relevant engagement and invoice details. The matter will be considered against the agreed scope and applicable obligations.
Work already performed
Where permitted by the applicable agreement and law, fees relating to services already performed, committed third-party costs or approved milestones may not be refundable.
Legal review required
